The Better Me Challenge is simple. Pick one task that will improve your your health, and do that one thing.
It could be getting more sleep, avoiding soda, exercising more, spend more time with someone you love, do an act of kindness. The list goes on and on.
When you join the challenge, we will send you a massive list of simple and easy to do tasks you may want to choose from. You can choose from that list, or decide to do something completely different. Either way, it’s all about doing something seemingly small and easy to do, but has a big impact on your health.
